FM Legal supports the EMA’s Annual Consumer Duty Training for e-money and payments firms

FM Legal is proud to support the Electronic Money Association’s Annual Consumer Duty Training for e-money and payments firms.

The EMA are pleased to invite EMA member firms to attend an Annual Consumer Duty Training session, designed to support firms in meeting their obligations under the FCA’s Consumer Duty and maintaining appropriate training records. This training session is the capstone to our implementation plans.

The training sessions will include examples and analysis specific to the e-money and payments business.

About the session

This one-hour session on 10 February 2026 will provide a clear overview of the Consumer Duty (PRIN 12), including staff responsibilities and key expectations. It is suitable for all staff and can be used as the firm’s annual Consumer Duty training.
